FROM THE DESK OF ALAN NATHAN:
WASHINGTON POST EXCERPT: He (Trump) has dominated headlines after issuing dark threats, including deploying the military against the “enemy from within”; repeatedly declined to say he would accept the results of the election; and delivered long, roundabout speeches and an impromptu 39-minute dance session.
Ooooh, “dark threats” – which were cogently expressed when asked what should be done if “outside agitators” reacted violently to the results.
Yes, he said in that event, Biden should use either the National Guard or the military (providing it passes muster with the Posse Comitatus Act). Big whoop!
“Enemy from within” would be those allied with said “outside agitators” thus falling under the “enemies foreign and domestic” nomenclature. Again, big whoop.
And neither candidate should formally accept the legitimacy of an election process until after it has come to pass. Unless they’re telepathic, they can’t grade a test not yet given.
But all these attacks on Trump are merely pushing the nonsensical “fascism” label.
As long as Kamala Harris and Democrats continue to publicly advocate for censorship in the name of fighting what they cartoonishly label as “disinformation” (while also censoring any challenge to their application of said label) then they are provably practicing one of the pillars of the very “fascism” they clumsily project onto others – censorship!
Like it or not, during Trump we had a secure border, no wars raging in Eastern Europe and the Middle East while enjoying a 1.4% inflation rate thus resulting in the majority now saying that they had a “better quality of life” under Trump than they have had under the Biden-HARRIS Administration.
And they’re saying it in EVERY SINGLE POLL on the subject.
It’s helpful to remember that the Real Clear Politics Battle Ground State Polls Average show Trump leading Harris in each of the seven states thus illustrating the authentic momentum factually being with the former President.
